SAMANVAY returns to Hyderabad in April 2027 for its second edition.
This is not a sales showcase. It is a day built by practitioners, for practitioners: leaders and specialists from India's pharma and biopharma capability centers comparing notes on what works, what doesn't, and what comes next.
The first edition brought together ~250 professionals from 80 organizations. The 2027 edition expects 500+ professionals, with a programme shaped by an independent Advisory Board.

SAMANVAY — Global Pharma Professionals Community is built around three principles: Connect. Exchange. Elevate.
Our inaugural 2026 conference brought together approximately 250 professionals from 80 organizations. Building on this foundation, SAMANVAY Conference 2027 aims to elevate the experience through a premium, thoughtfully curated conference featuring meaningful industry discussions, stronger professional connections and high-quality networking.

Will there be dedicated opportunities for 1:1 networking?
Absolutely. Networking is at the heart of SAMANVAY. Unlike conferences dominated by back-to-back presentations, SAMANVAY is designed with dedicated networking breaks, breakfast interactions, lunch and high-tea sessions, giving delegates ample opportunities to connect.
Our goal is an environment where meaningful conversations and professional relationships can flourish beyond the sessions.
Will there be an event app to connect with other delegates?
An official SAMANVAY event app is planned to help registered delegates explore the agenda, discover sessions of interest and connect with fellow participants. App features and access instructions will be shared closer to the conference.
Can students attend SAMANVAY?
Yes. We welcome students aspiring to build careers in pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life-sciences industries.
Student participation is limited to 100 registrations on a first-come, first-served basis to maintain a balanced professional networking environment. A valid student ID is mandatory and will be verified during registration or event check-in.
What is the Cocktail & Dinner networking experience?
An exclusive evening networking experience bringing together participating speakers, Advisory Board members, senior industry leaders and corporate delegates in a more informal setting, to continue conversations and strengthen connections beyond the formal agenda.
It is a separate, optional add-on for corporate delegates, subject to availability. See Tickets for pricing and booking.
What is the cancellation, refund and pass-transfer policy?
All registrations are final. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once registration and payment are completed, except where required by applicable law.
If a registered delegate is unable to attend due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, a one-time transfer of the registration to another individual may be considered, subject to prior written notification and approval by the SAMANVAY Organizing Committee. Transfer requests must be submitted in advance of the conference; transfers are not automatic and remain at the Committee's discretion.
For student registrations, the replacement delegate must also meet the student eligibility criteria and present a valid official student ID.

What are the sponsorship categories?

What is included in each sponsorship package?

What is included in the exhibition space provided to sponsors?
SAMANVAY 2027 provides designated exhibition floor space only. Gold Sponsors receive a standard 10 ft × 10 ft (100 sq. ft.) space, while Platinum and higher-tier sponsors may request additional space, subject to availability and the timing of sponsorship confirmation.
All booth-related arrangements are the responsibility of the respective sponsor, including booth design, fabrication, branding, banners, display materials, furniture, equipment, installation and dismantling. Sponsors must ensure their booth setup complies with the venue's safety requirements, event guidelines and designated setup timelines. Detailed exhibition guidelines and logistical instructions are shared with confirmed sponsors ahead of the conference.
Can sponsors have a branded session or panel discussion?
Yes. Gold, Platinum, Co-Title and Title Sponsors have the opportunity to sponsor a session or panel discussion, subject to agenda relevance, speaker consent and approval from the Organizing Committee.
Can sponsors felicitate guests or speakers?
Yes. Gold, Platinum, Co-Title and Title Sponsors may have opportunities to felicitate selected guests or speakers on stage, subject to the programme flow and Organizing Committee approval.
What is the Speakers & Leadership Dinner?
An exclusive evening networking opportunity with speakers, panelists and senior industry leaders. Invitations are included from the Silver Sponsor level onwards, with the number of passes varying by sponsorship category.
When is payment due and how do I confirm?
Once you confirm your preferred sponsorship package, we share an agreement and invoice. Sponsorship is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed payment as per the terms outlined in the agreement.
What are the key deadlines?
We encourage early confirmation to maximize visibility and secure benefits such as premium exhibition locations and session branding. Specific deadlines for logo submission, content for promotional materials and booth setup details are shared after confirmation.
Are there any restrictions on promotional materials?
All sponsor materials (brochures, white papers, giveaways, etc.) are subject to event guidelines. We share detailed specifications and approval timelines after confirmation.
